All new patients with appointments are subject to a $5- surcharge on the above rates. New patients without an appointment will be charged $85 for a standard appointment. After hours $100.
All procedures will attract a treatment room charge of $25 ($15 - for patients on concession rates). This is payable on the day and is not Medicare claimable.
